Overall of the proverb project

In my project, the concept is about presenting Thai proverb that have meaning in the way of motivate people.


I use Adobe Photoshop as a tool to re-create 5 new pictures that relate to the concept. Now, I will explain how I use Photoshop tools to create these 5 pictures.

First, I used a selection tools like rectangular marquee tool, lasso tool, and pen tool that allow me to select the certain part that I want or delete, cut, and paste at the certain place. This tool has been used in all of the images as it is like a basic tool for editing image. The magic wand tool also was used to delete the same color of all part of background to select the certain object.
For the text in the images, I used text type tool together with adding the layer effect like drop shadow, outer glow, and bevel and emboss by choosing the add layer style to create a text more attractive appearance. The warped text tool also has been used in order to change the style of text to be as a selected shape.

Finally, I use add layer mask to create a masking of the several images to be merged and blended together. I also used a desaturated of adjustment function from the image panel to make the image become black and white color.

I have learn a lot of techniques and gain a lot of knowledge from using this software, even though I had a basic of using Photoshop but from this class I got a bunch of experience to improve my skill of using this tool in a deep and better learning.
